How to Schedule a Delivery
OFR schedules truck deliveries for all four of our locations through a central scheduling line on our main number, 208-888-5739.
- Call 208-888-5739 before your truck is dispatched to any OFR location.
- Schedule a dock time for the location you are delivering to.
- Get your confirmation number. Every scheduled delivery is given a confirmation number. Have it ready when your truck arrives.
All deliveries must be scheduled by phone in advance. Please call before sending a truck to any OFR location.
Receiving Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, at all four locations: Boise, Idaho Falls, Helena and Billings.
Weekend & After-Hours Deliveries
Weekend and after-hours deliveries are available, but they require special pre-approval or a special reservation. Call 208-888-5739 in advance to request one.
Please make weekend and after-hours reservations as far ahead as possible. Last-minute requests may not be available.
An additional delivery cost applies for weekend or after-hours delivery; amount determined case-by-case.
